Entralive probiotiThat is a combination of prebiotic boosters, blended with the cultures. We combine three different “boosters” to support the multiplication of the probiotics to very high levels in the intestine. Inulin boosts the bifidobacteria, particularly in the ascending colon, while the arabinogalactan further boosts them throughout the entire colon, giving “a boost upon a boost”. Trehalose boosts the lactobacilli. Work done by CSIRO Division of HumanNutrition demonstrated an almost 50-fold boost to bifidobacteria in pigs when they were fed a combination of similar short- and branched-chain prebiotics (in their case fructo-oligosachharide and resistant starch). It is important to note that capsules cannot contain enough prebiotic to provide a real boost because it requires several grammes to be effective.cs are classified as Super Synbiotics, meaning they combine carefully selected probiotic cultures with powerful prebiotic boosters. Three different prebiotics are blended to support the rapid multiplication of beneficial bacteria in the intestine. Inulin supports bifidobacteria growth in the ascending colon, while arabinogalactan enhances their activity throughout the entire colon, providing layered reinforcement. Trehalose is included to support lactobacilli growth.

Research conducted by the CSIRO Division of Human Nutrition demonstrated nearly a fifty fold increase in bifidobacteria when animals were fed combinations of short and branched chain prebiotics. This highlights the importance of adequate prebiotic quantity. Capsules simply cannot contain enough prebiotic material to achieve this effect, as several grams are required to deliver a meaningful boost.
